Learn to Crochet

Learn the basics of crochet by making a rectangle that can be used to create a finished project of your choice. Project possibilities include a scarf, washcloth, or drink coaster, among others.

During this two-session program, you will acquire the ability to tension your yarn and create a slip knot, starting chain, and single crochet stitch.

Do you require extra assistance such as seating, visual or hearing-related issues?
Request an accommodation to participate in library services, programs, or activities, by contacting the library at (608) 845-7180 or filling out the online form. Please submit your request at least two weeks in advance.
