Program Description

Event Details

Artificial intelligence (AI) is showing up everywhere, and it can feel confusing or intimidating to know where to begin. This workshop series offers a supportive, beginner-friendly introduction to AI in a guided and low-pressure setting.

Each session focuses on practical understanding, thoughtful use, and building confidence through practice. Rather than rushing or getting technical, we'll take time to explore how AI works, how to use it responsibly, and how to use it as a tool.

Workshop 1 (90 minutes) will provide an introduction for beginners that is focused on understanding what AI is (and isn't) and using it for the first time.

  • Participants are invited to bring a device (laptop, tablet or phone) so that they can participate in the exploration of AI.
