Scandinavians consistently rank among the happiest people in the world. Dr. Claus Anderson, professor of Scandinavian Studies at UW Madison, will explore why that is, and what can we learn from the Scandinavian approach to life.

The Badger Talks program reflects the tradition of the Wisconsin Idea — to extend the resources of the University to citizens of the state. Over 200 Badger Talks are hosted around the state each year, featuring faculty and staff with expertise in a variety of disciplines.
