Theresa Rizzo has trained Muay Thai for over 15 years and is a certified instructor under the World Thai Boxing Association. She is Co-Owner of PCY (Petchaiyadej) Muay Thai. In addition to Muay Thai, she has also trained and competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 20 years.
