VPL Cookbook Club

Come and check out VPL's new cookbook club!  Each month, we choose a theme, then pick an on-theme recipe , make it, and bring it to the meeting for all to sample and discuss.  So far, there have been some truly delicious dishes, from zucchini-feta bread to chocolate raspberry pie to corn chowder to apple-pecan scones and more, and it has been a lot of fun to sample so many different combinations of ingredients.  

The theme for October's meeting will be "pumpkin" so any sweet or savory dish that incorporates pumpkin is fair game.  There are cookbooks available for inspiration behind the circulation desk at the library - just ask!
