Starting solids with your baby should be an exciting adventure, not an anxiety-inducing production. Learn the essential pre-skills to set your baby up for success, plus practical tips on how and where to begin in a way that builds confident eaters—and confident parents too! Ideal for parents with babies around 2-6 months old. 

Presented by local pediatric occupational therapist and parent coach Lindsay Williamson.
