In July, Parent/Child Book Club will discuss the novel The Sherlock Society by James Ponti.
"Twelve-year-old Alex Sherlock, his thirteen-year-old sister Zoe, and their friends Lina and Yadi decide to spend their summer in Miami investigating the many "cold cases" their grandfather accumulated during his years as a reporter--first up, Al Capone and a buried treasure."
About the program
Share the love of reading! Parent/Child Book Club is for kids ages 8-11 and their parents/caregivers. Each month, we will discuss a novel and enjoy activities and snacks related to the book. Books will be available for check-out at the Youth Services Desk approximately one month before the event.
