Join certified sleep consultant Stephanie Kirklin of Pillowhead Sleep Training for a class focused on babies ages 0 to 4 months old. Topics will include the science behind the day/night confusion, creating a safe sleep environment, appropriate wake windows, how to watch out for sleepy cues, and how to move away from a feed to sleep model slowly. We will also talk about helpful and unhelpful sleep associations, newborn "schedules" and routines, and ways to practice putting baby down drowsy but awake. At the end, stay an extra 15 minutes to ask your sleep questions! For parents of new babies or expecting parents. No registration.
