Penni is a descendant of a Wisconsin century farm and is devoted to democracy, freedom, women's righta and the LGBTQ+ community.  She spent 34 professional years working with Parks, Recreation and Environmental Restoration efforts at the national and local levels.  Her poetry has been described as "A captivating exploration of the intersection between politics, spirituality and love..." and it illustrates "how nature can lift one's mood, lead one to be curious, and more expressive of one's emotions."  Don't miss this special chance to hear Penni read from a selection of her poems and talk about her fascinating life's journey.  Books will be available for sale and signing.
