Event Details
Participants will receive instruction in basic Zen meditation from a trained practitioner including how to position the body for stable and comfortable meditation, how to breathe correctly, and an overview of meditation benefits.
The session will include about 30 minutes of instruction, followed by 15–20 minutes of practice and 5–10 minutes for questions.
Please bring a mat if you have one, though there will be a few available.
