Diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 48, Nurse Practitioner Kelly Pickens has a unique understanding of this condition from the inside out.  Come and hear from her as she discusses medication management, natural alternatives to psychiatric medications, and systems/routines related to diet, sleep and exercise that are actually helpful for those with ADHD.  She will dispel myths about this diagnosis, and offer guidance on what people really need to know about it.
