Caregiver burnout is real!

This program focuses on helping caregivers improve their mental, physical and emotional health by digging into mindfulness, meditation, self-care and relationships — including the relationship they have with themselves, and the people they care for.  The group setting allows participants to learn from, and also support, each other in a safe space that’s free of judgement.
