Program Description

Event Details

If you’ve ever taken care of a chronically ill spouse or elderly parent, grandparent, etc., you know how stressful and exhausting it can be. If you're living through the experience right now, you might be feeling overwhelmed or even at a breaking point—even if you love the person you're caring for very much. Caregiver burnout is real.

This program focuses on helping caregivers improve their mental, physical and emotional health by digging into mindfulness, meditation, self-care and relationships — including the relationship they have with themselves, and the people they care for.

The group setting allows participants to learn from, and also support, each other in a safe space that’s free of judgement.
