Program Description

Event Details

What if we approached our anxious thoughts differently? Join Joey Donovan Guido, author of the book, GUTS: Getting Under The Surface to Prevent Burnout, Reduce Stress & Boost Resilience, and host of the GUTS podcast, as he facilitates a thought-provoking conversation that focuses on improving mental health by digging into the connection between mindfulness, meditation, self-care and relationships — including the relationship you have with yourself. You’ll leave this workshop with a better understanding of core concepts like acceptance, resistance and fear, and learn best practices to help lower anxiety through awareness, consciousness and the “Yes, And” philosophy.

Registration is suggested for this event!
